Assessment and fault isolation

We review available network information, perform OTDR or light testing as appropriate, inspect accessible network points, and help identify the affected cable, fibers, distance, and likely repair location.

Splicing and repair

Depending on field conditions and customer direction, crews can prepare damaged cable, install or rebuild enclosures, resplice affected fibers, support temporary restoration, and complete permanent repairs within the authorized scope.

Testing and turnover

After splicing, fibers are tested to confirm continuity and performance. Results, readings, photos, splice information, and remaining field concerns can be organized for operational turnover.
