FDH and splitter work

Support includes feeder and distribution splicing, splitter placement, port identification, labeling, and power verification based on the approved design and assignment information.

Terminal splicing and activation

We splice and verify terminals, trace assigned fibers, confirm continuity and light, and document field conditions that could affect activation.

Customer-impact troubleshooting

When ports are dark or light levels are outside expectations, we trace the network path, inspect splices and components, test the fiber, correct field issues within scope, and report construction-related findings when additional work is required.
